An Elegant CSS Web Templates – Jet 30
CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) Templates is one of my favorites because they are fast to load and easily compatible across all major browsers. However, you will need to have some knowledge on CSS, HTML or JavaScript in order to code up a decent site purely using CSS.
The design that I am reviewing today is called as Jet 30, designed by TemplateWorld.

Clean & concise design
Jet 30 is a very clean and concise template that allows you to quickly showcase your products or services to your visitors within seconds. We know that we only have less than 3 seconds to retain a visitor whenever they comes to our site. As such, this template manages to separate each element clearly.

Services / Product Categories
The left sidebar is an excellent placement for the products or services category that you are offering to your visitors. Jet 30 places emphasis on visual elements and this helps greatly to guide the eye-movement of your visitors.
You should not place more than three categories in the sidebar, three main categories is a good place to start with. Anything more than that may create unnecessary options in your readers mind. If you have more than three categories, just place a text link that states more products / services >> at the bottom.
Nicely designed top navigation bar
The top navigation bar is a great place for your second-tier links. These are links that you can afford your readers to miss. Stuff like About Us, Our History, Our Staff, Management Team… etc. I believe you get the picture =) People will click on these links if you got their buy-in on your landing page.
What Jet 30 offers below the Fold
Jet 30 below the fold
Jet 30 recommends you to place any product / company updates below the fold for your site. In my opinion, this is a great place to display some related feeds to make your site appear fresh especially if you do not update the content often.
Members Sign-up
The sign up box is nicely designed but this may not be the best place to get people sign up. If possible, you may want to change the theme and place the sign in fields above the fold.
Monetizing Jet 30
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) programs such as Adsense may not work best for this theme unless you can blend in your Adsense codes with the content. You can also try to place a horizontal link unit at the bottom of the web page to profit from exit traffic.
